Today we will discuss the issue of "plate weakening" in different circulations;

One of the issues that printing houses always deal with is that it may not be necessary, but they burn the plate even for the middle circulations.

What is the solution?

The items that weaken the plate in the printing process have been seen as standard and based on the experience of many operators, as a list below that if we look at it intelligently, it can be the best checklist for the workflow systems inside the printing house and prevent the phenomenon of weakening the comfortplate.

1. Use of low quality plate (non-uniform emulsion) and past history

2. Use of non-coordinated plate and drug in the processor

3. . Using high temperature instead of low speed in the process, which reduces the density of emulsions

4. Not using gum which oxidizes anodizing and consequently the use of cleaning materials by the printing operator

5. Crossing two or more plate brands simultaneously from the processor

6. Hand contact with the plate and even its anodizing

7. Not controlling drug rotation and processor filter

8. Over-exposure plate to ambient light and cold and drug warming

9. High pressure water rolling or ink on plate

10. Glass rolling water or ink
