Personnel development program for trainees successfully piloted: In order to make the transition from school-based learning into business practice easier, the trainees work on topics such as correspondence, telephony, communication & conflict resolution as well as personality development and teamwork in the first two years of the apprenticeship.
The positive feedback encourages us to continue and expand this program.
