Recently, experts and technicians of Noorec company have completed the installation of a Koenig & Bauer Rapida 142 - along with varnish and UV towers in Yazd. This machine is equipped with a logistics system in the feeder and delivery.

In large format printing presses, the printing towers are very heavy. So the towers are two pieces and the assembly operation is done inside the printing house. First, the lower part of the towers and then the upper part are installed.

As this printing machine had not worked for a long time, the installation was done along with complete overhall. All hoses and pipes as well as pneumatic parts were replaced.

The installation, setup and training of this machine, which was completely done from the first stage by the technical department of Noortec, took about 2 months. In the installation team, there were two mechanical experts, one electrical expert and one person in charge of operator training.

The remarkable point is that the installation of this machine was done continuously and non-stop.

The Rapida 142 was installed in a raised position. This means that these devices are installed on a platform to increase the height of the feeder and delivery, thus a larger volume of paper or cardboard is fed to the device.

Arman Cellulose Company of Yazd had bought this machine as a second hand some time ago, and the tecniciand of Noortec were able to install and operate properly it based on their experience.
