SVC Sheeters are key components in MBO’s state-of-the-art digital web finishing systems. Every SVC Sheeter is electronically driven and engineered to provide high quality, precision cuts for a broad range of production requirements. MBO’s SVC Sheeters also features a convenient touchscreen control which gives operators an intuitive menu for job input, speed calibration, and monitoring production. As with all MBO finishing modules, SVC Sheeters are built with robust components capable of withstanding continuous use in a 24/7 commercial print environment. Thanks to MBO’s modular approach to finishing, all MBO SVC Sheeters are compatible with a wide range of OEM presses, as well as finishing modules from MBO and its wholly owned subsidiary, Herzog+Heymann.
Equipment

  • Fully automated adjustment of the format

  • Variable format length up to max. 2,032 mm (80")

  • Variable chip-out possible: 4–80 mm

  • External knife shaft for edge trim or optional gutter cut

  • Window-Function allows operators to set a range for the print mark reader to start looking for a print mark

  • "Watchdog" function recognizes areas without print and automatically ejects them (an additional Ejection Module is needed)

  • Option: Interfaces (digital printer, folding machines)
