What causes the weakening of the plates in offset printing:
1. Low quality ink.
2. Low quality additives in ink and water
3. Extra alcohol
4. Paper lint
5. The extra pressure between plate and blanket cylinders
6. Low quality blanket
7. Extra plate washing, especially with the S.P.A.
8. Washing your plate with non-standard permitted materials.
9. Late washing of the blanket
10. Inappropriate paper
and then Add to Home Screen.
