There are many tips to be followed by operators to get optimal results:

• Cleaning all the filters of platesetter & plate processor on a regular weekly and monthly basis. 

• Using compatible plate and chemicals  

• Contact the  experts to set adjustments of platesetter before using a brand new plate

• Daily  cleaning of  the processor's first roller (the garbage collecting roller)

• Washing the processor usinga special solvent.

• Changing Processor’s filter when renewing chemicals. 

• Checking the water level of chiller.
